Here are a couple of bits from the biography. http://www.vulture.com/2013/10/10-st...eyography.html

    http://shelf-life.ew.com/2013/10/22/...-abuse-claims/

'Coreyography acts in part as a warning to parents pushing their children into show business. Feldman claimed on a 2011 episode of Nightline and repeats in the book that the “number one problem in Hollywood was, and is, and always will be pedophilia.”'

I've always suspected this, going back to Old Hollywood you can't tell me as many child actors as there were, with as many clueless/cut-throat parents as they seem to have had that the child sexual abuse wasn't rampant.

For chrissakes, they propositioned world famous Shirley Temple when she was a teen, why wouldn't they put the full court press on an unknown child?

And what kind of parents would let their son sleep with Michael Jackson or any other adult male, or 13 year old daughter leave with Roman Polanski so he could take semi-nude pictures of her? The mentality of these parents is mind boggling.

Saw Corey on The View yesterday. He sounded totally sincere and credible to me when he was telling his story. Yeah, I get that he probably wrote the book to make money, but why would he put himself so out there emotionally? Corey doesn't mention this, but there is an old book about casting agent Henry Willson (two 'l's') and the male casting couch back in the 1950's. If such a thing existed back then for adults, why not for children as well? Queen Barbara was taking the establishment role and acting totally skeptical about the whole pedophelia thing. Of course she's OLD and establishment. I've never been a big Barbara fan or hater either, but after watching her yesterday, I wish she'd either retire already or die. She's so out of touch about everything except her own little world.

    Ugghhh.
The info in both links sound like bs to me.
He shot heroin for the first time in rehab with Dave Navarro and Perry Farrell from Janes Addiction?
    Really?

    Ron Crimson the mysterious abuser?
Could that be Ron Howard during production of The Burbs?

The confessions from dead costars Haim and Phoenix?

    Blech.

Even if all these outrageous claims are true he still comes off as a pathetic attention whore.

Everytime he starts talking about this I just want to scream, "Either name those who did this or shut up!" Four or five years ago he said he didn't want to name anyone because it would hurt his career. What career? He needs to come clean or zip his mouth.

"Ron Crimson", according to Feldman, was a older male that he hired as an assistant.

Who the fuck on Lucas sodomized Corey Haim? This blows my mind...in the middle of two trailers during a lunch break? Doesn't add up. Who are the big industry pedophiles who worked on that film? That could be narrowed down perhaps. So, if you have money in Hollywood...you pretty much get away with anything. Wow.

"Ron" the abuser, Feldman said, worked for his Dad.

I'm pretty sure you can get away with anything anywhere if you have the power that comes with big money. I also think most executive level pervs would choose a more discrete location to rape a child star. Who knows?

Yup, I downloaded the book, and if anybody asked me what I was reading, I didn't tell the truth, lol!!

Actually, I thought it was pretty good, and I could run off at the mouth about the book, or just take a leaf from Reddit-

TL; dr Kid born into shitty family, loves show biz, eventually loves drugs and booze, but does not like older friend of dad's blowing him. Gets clean, heartbroken when friend can't and eventually dies.

Not that long ago, I had a conversation with a famous former child star who told me what Corey said is true and that Hollywood is filled with pedophiles. They are the ones in power and many young male stars have gotten their roles via the casting couch. Parents are either clueless or turn a blind eye.

I wonder if Gary Coleman was ever molested? He was always such a bitter, angry adult. Of course, that could have been due to his parents spending all of his earnings and his serious health problems and stunted growth. He was small enough that a molester could easily have taken advantage of him.

You are so right, Mammy, he was a very angry adult. It is sad and I hope that was never the case for him. But we'll never know for sure.

I never realized that pedophiles were so abundent in Hollywood, but when you think about it, it makes sense. Pedophiles are drawn to professions and activities that involve children. Heck, even one of the crew that worked on Jon & Kate Plus 8 was convicted of child porn, so I guess it's more common than I would have thought.

Not only that, it's an industry with kids and/or parents who are desperate wanting a relatively small amount of jobs and will do just about anything for success. The kids might not want to disappoint their parents and that could be used to help ply them.

Hasn't Navarro mentioned this several times throughout the late 90s-2000? I swear I've heard him tell it everytime he was on Loveline. I could be wrong, though.

I'm not shocked by much anymore but I would find it disturbing if it were Ron Howard. However, Corey's description does not add up to him. What made you pull his name into this anyway?

I kind of feel sorry for the kid now. The Kid Star thing seems to mess up a lot of young ones. Be it Hollywood or a certain studio (Disney) nobody comes out unscarred.

Supposedly the first plan was for Arnold to get molested, but there was a focus group backlash, so poor Dudley got it instead. From Mr. Carlson of WKRP in Cincinatti, no less.

I picked up Coreys book finally from the library last week, about 1/4 the way through, it is interesting, but not a book you cant put down.

I admit I am a little shocked at the verbal abuse he claims he suffered at the hands of his Mother (and he later thanks her in the acknowledgements?) - among other things calling him a fatass all the time and making fun of his weight, hiding food from him and shaming him if he ate a cookie. As well as grabbing her breasts in front of him and saying "women would kill for these tits".

    Just odd.

I guess I did not know that he has 3 siblings either.

Will post an update when I finish.

His dad was supposed to have been a bastard too. I remember on the E! True Hollywood Story (before that network got Kardashianized) that he talked about supporting his parents, and his dad forcing him to sign over a house. Yeah, Corey seems to have definite douchebag tendencies, but it can't be easy supporting your parasite family from an early age.

Read Coreyography by Corey Feldman. Another good inside look at showbiz. I know Corey's been on the talk show circuit discussing the sexual abuse of minors by men in the industry, but what I really find appalling is the way both his parents abused him physically and emotionally. I've heard a lot of cynical comments about this book, but I think it was very sincere on the author's part. I think he is in denial about some of his abuse as evidenced by some of the people he continued to surround himself with. I attribute that to his being an abused child. This is petty and picky on my part, but I wish he had learned the difference in the use of the words "I" and "me" since they are misused throughout the book.

But this quote just nails it right on the head:

    Here's a tissue, Corey.

Take a shot every time he says "like". LOL

'We love our fans and we just wanted to give them the best show that we could,' Cory shared.

    He has fans????

He needs to stop trying to be like Michael Jackson. I know he admires him and all but he's not Michael Jackson. Not even close. I get that people want to be like who they admire but he dresses like him and tries to dance like him and he's so NOT talented. He's was a decent actor at one time. Poor dude. lol I almost feel sorry for him.

Little fucker doesn't realize that him taking in young females who have rotten home lives into his "Mansion" and teaching them how to be "angels" or escorts more like is just as fucked up as what probably happened to him when he was young. Those young females trust him and all he's doing is using them the same way he was used. Hollywood is so fucking disgusting that its hard to relate to any of them.

I saw a "celebrity wife swap" show where his "angels" traded places with someone else (sorry but can't remember who), but equally c- grade and those poor girls are made to sign a contract that could never be enforced but no young, inexperienced girl would know that, so they feel they're stuck with him. Its basically slave labor. I feel bad that he was probably abused in Hollywood, but its no excuse to pay that forward and profit off of it.

I hated his now ex wife Susie. Shes not even pretty; They did a reality tv show together &/or the other Corey. From the recent news performance, it just looks like he was into his song and dance. Nothing new. Nothing different.

I didn't know that about Tommy. That's a shame. Corey seriously creeped me out and I thank God that my daughter never felt the need to be famous or head to L.A. Corey is a blood sucker.

Yeah, I can't understand the seemingly endless supply of angels, one would think the dude can't have that much cash lying around.

In 2013 a writer from VICE attended a party with Corey and his Angels, you had to pay $250 to get in if you were a dude, lingerie clad women were allowed in for free if you were approved by Corey.

"$500 will get you an hour in Corey's private hot tub with security and bottle sevice. $2,500 will get you a private poolside cabana with "private angel service"."

Sounds like a veiled attempt at a brothel to me.
