I found it ironic that James Brown and Gerald Ford died on the same day. Brown did a song about Ford called Funky President (Its Bad).

Here are some famous American's all within a month before their deaths:
John Quincy Adams, Andrew Jackson, Henry Clay, Edgar Allan Poe, and Grover Cleveland.
Grover had a daughter late in life named Ruth who died at 13. Grover was inconsolable for the rest of his life which was not much longer. When she died he not only took a post mortem pic of her, he had her propped up to look like she is reading a book about to turn the page. It is so damn creepy I will not post it or send it to anyone PM because dead kids are taboo for me.
Q: What's brown, stinks, resides in a chamber pot and says "Nevermore"?
A: Edgar Allan's Poo

Renowned Death Hag
Timothy Treadwell from Sept 03 - killed Oct 5/03, surprisingly eaten by a bear:
I know they're hard to see, but here are the four Lincoln conspirators, David Herold, Lewis Payne, George ATzerodt, and Mary Surrat, as they're about to be hanged.
RFK. I don't know if this one is on here, but I just found it and it chills me. I'd only ever seen the ones of him all the way on the floor and (probably) already dead.

Holy moly. Never seen that one either. It's eerie.
Oh. Well I'd never seen it before.

You know I had to go there, right?
Don't know if it was last photos or not, but pretty damned close. This one was taken for Jon-Erik's interview for Playgirl Magazine. It ran the month after he died.
Awesome pic, hot hot hot! But as a fan, this pic gets to me, his eyes look so cynical. Fame will do that to ya. You should see the large size of this one. Eyes look incredible as always!
From the same shoot:
Here's another one of Ginger Rogers

The brutal murder of that great Italian filmmaker Pier Paolo Pasolini on a beach in 1975 (much more graphic photos are included in a book biography)....followed by the murder of another film director, Theo Van Gogh, on the streets of Amsterdam 2004:
