Many people believe that gay marriage "cheapens" the sanctity of the marriage vows. I guess that's their perogative to believe what they want. I simply think it's none of my business. There is nothing a gay person can do to "cheapen" the vows I took with my husband. I don't really understand how it "cheapens" anything, but that's what I hear down here where I live.
