One of the most talented comedians who ever drew a breath, although his silent work is far superior to his sound era work. He also directed the Three Stooges. UNJUSTLY FORGOTTEN!

Chase drank a hole in his stomach and barely survived the operation to repair it. It is believed this took years off of his life. His good friend and collegue Lloyd Hamilton drank a hole in his stomach also but did not survive his operation.
