It's taken care of. I also noticed a few threads where people paste in a title from somewhere else that has too many characters and ends up cropped. I understand spelling mistakes, but leaving a title with incomplete phrases and words literally cut in half is a little puzzling.

Can we just make this James Bulger or something? I know I'm picky but it drives me nuts.

I swear we have a thread on this guy somewhere but search isn't bringing it up.

In the Police Blotter section, could you please change the word "of" in the title "Ferret chews of most of 4-month old baby's fingers" to "off"? It's really bothering me! I usually proofread but this one slipped by somehow. Thank you!

A Mod thread title change general question

I'm just curious on something I noticed on this board and other boards.
When someone posts a thread and they realize something within the body of that thread needs to be modified they can easily do it.
When there is a mistake in spelling or another change in the title of a thread it has to be done thru a mod.
I guess this is more of a computer question than anything else. I've always been curious about that.
    Thank you

Mods can I ask for a huge favor? Can we change the thread title.

I don't consider the monster who did this a victim. There were only 8 victims that day.. with hundreds left to pick up the pieces.

Well, the title didn't say he was a victim. It just said 9 people were killed. He may be a monster instead of a victim but he is still a people.

I guess I am saying he wasn't killed.. He committed suicide after killing those people.

I added the actor's name to the title to keep duplicate threads at bay. And it lets other members know who the the thread is about.

Would you kindly change the title of the "Even Brent (Tarzan's 'Jane')" thread in Actors/Actresses to "Eve Brent (Tarzan's 'Jane')"? Here's the link:
