Just got up from my after dinner nap, fixing to do my devotionals, and write.

Working on the mag, fixing to go down and wash a few dishes, get a snack, and bring it up to eat while watching the very last epi of Criminal Minds. Yes, I am finally there, and until the new season is picked up I'm going to watch Blue Bloods.

Gaming, fixing to continue watching An Innocent Man, starring Tom Selleck on Netflix. It's okay for a prison movie, I guess.

I think Gubber and Moore are two of the best actors on TV, and easy on the eye. I have Shemar on my FB, he is a corker.
Watching Jeremiah Johnson, Mt. Man. Wish I could have been a mountain woman, lol, I'm already a hermit, just in the wrong century.

Finished the taxes. Not a happy camper. Not getting back near what we usually do, because we couldn't claim the Schmoo last year. That really hurt us. At least we're getting SOMETHING back. I should be grateful for that, we don't have to pay.

Modding. Fixing to do my devotions, then write, then maybe work on the mag. It comes out Monday, not only Brandon Lee's birth date but the very day he was born in 1965.

Having the munchies, that's what. There's a bag of Frito's and cheese puffs downstairs, and Sissy cooked country fried steak and roasted red potatoes that I skipped because i was hungry before it was done. I want to eat it all. Lol. No way! I'm going down to wash up whatever dishes she used and eat the two remaining sugar free popsicles.

Looking up courses/programs at a college I'm considering online. I had applied to one they're having transcript issues & communication is less than stellar, so I'm looking elsewhere, it'll mean a few months delay but since I need to reapply for financial aid anyways I figured I'd start fresh.

Other than that, waiting for the store to open so I can get some bagels .

Trying to figure out why my laptop's touch pad no longer works. It isn't enabled anymore. I've done everything I know how, so now I'm Googling for answers....

ETA: Fixed it. Whew. I ended up uninstalling the driver, then rebooting the computer. I had managed to get the trackpad to work, but it wouldn't scroll or let me do any gestures. I'm writing, so I'd like to be able to scroll without touching the screen.

Thinking about brunch. Been awake for two hours, lying in bed being lazy feels amazing, but I has a hungry. Thinking about just eating the lunch stuff I bought for today if I went to work. Veggies in a pita, Greek yogurt, the last of the green pepper, and maybe an orange.

Messing around, trying to decide whether to go back to bed or start working on the mag. I'm also in the middle of overhauling Our Town, but it's going to have wait. The February issue of BRANDON magazine's deadline is Monday midnight, which happens to be his 51st birthday on the very Monday he was born in 1965. For February I'm featuring Showdown in Little Tokyo, plus a new biography article about Brandon and Eliza.

Just finished writing a review and trivia. Thirsty, and don't have Diet Cokes up here; almost time for dinner, so I'm being patient. No sense in going down twice.

Went down to get my decaf and biscuit and got talking about Baby. She seldom contacts Sissy, but she usually sends me holiday and birthday greeting. She did send Sissy a happy birthday text in September last year, and the last I heard from her was Thanksgiving. I sent her merry Christmas and didn't get a reply. I sent her like two or three more texts, ditto, so I was getting concerned. Yesterday I sent another:

    Me: R u okay?
    Baby: My phone got broke.
Me: Oh. I figured it was something like that. I've been concerned. Love you.
    Baby: Who are you?
    Me: Cindy.

    WTHobokin?

Sissy said someone else was probably using her phone. Well, why didn't they say it wasn't Renay?

Watching Masterchef Junior: Avery vs. Addison. Two nine-year-old girls cooking dishes I haven't even thought of trying at 42 years old.

Just got home from work. I don't usually work on Sundays, but a friend was in the ER last night until late. She didn't have it in her to work today, so I picked up her shift. I needed hours anyway, I only had 30 for the week. I must say, it was fun watching the managers come in, see me, and do a double-take. GM popped in for a few minutes, saw me, and asked what day it was. Even the regular customers were confused. ROFL "I don't usually see you on the weekends!"

Laundry. Just finished dinner while watching NCIS. Getting ready to work on Our Town (just 5 more pages to go and then more primping) and then scan over the mag with an eye toward the midnight deadline.
