Cindy that sounds good, as I said, depending on how I feel, it will be salmon, veggies, mac and cheese or rice.

Groceries came last night and I apparently forgot to order coffee, but DID manage to order pork chops twice. *facepalm* Anyway here's the tentative menu, it'll be switched around like usual based on what we're hungry for.

Tonight: Pork chops, corn, macaroni and cheese
    Tomorrow (no meeting): Pizza
Monday (laundry night): Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits
Tuesday (meeting night): Pizza rolls for Miss E, noodles for me IF I'm hungry
Wednesday: Hamburger Helper, it's one of Miss E's favorite quick meals
Thursday: Pork chops, green beans, mashed potatoes
Friday: Grocery delivery day and fend for yourself from what I ordered

I think I'll make my homemade mac and cheese add a can of Tuna and some veggies, or brown the buffalo meat and cook some rice and add some pasta sauce, I think I'll go with the mac and cheese tuna veggie dish.

The pizza we were supposed to have Sunday. Pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom for Miss E and sausage with extra mushrooms for me. Extra EXTRA cheese for both of us.

No clue. Miss E is with the church group for a few hours, and I didn't go on break till damn near three o'clock, and groceries just arrived. I had a double burger, fries, and a mini vanilla concrete with brownies in it. If I get hungry I'll probably eat the rest of my pizza. The rest of the week's tentative schedule:

Tonight (grocery delivery): More than likely leftover pizza
Tomorrow (Miss E goes with her dad): sausage, egg, and cheese muffins
Sunday (meeting night): Breakfast: leftover sausage and egg muffins. Dinner: pizza
Monday (laundry night): Grilled chicken tenders, macaroni and cheese, and green beans (I'll need more grilled chicken for my lunch wraps)
    Tuesday (3 meeting night): Noodles
Wednesday: Pork chops, mashed potatoes, and corn
Thursday: Soft tacos and Mexican rice
Friday: Grocery delivery and choose your dinner to be added to the grocery order.

I believe Taco Tuesday gives kids the wrong idea. They need to know tacos are always an option no matter what day of the week it is.

All that extra extra cheese will kill ya, LOL, I am not sure what I am going to make someone gave us fresh caught tuna, from when their son went deep sea fishing. Last night hubby wanted to go to sonic, so we went, I got some Poppers, and a hamburger, I am trying to cut down on cheese consumption as I love it but it is bad for your body if you eat a lot of it, I had to have cheese on everything, and lots of it, but yeah no more...

Tacos and cheesy rice. Love cheese, the more cheese the better, but if I eat too much I AM sorry later. That doesn't stop me from doing it again and again and again.... *sigh*

Haven't eaten yet....will probably have a bowl of cereal or something at some point tonight. Making dinner for tomorrow night, though. Tomorrow's meeting night so when I get home at 7:30 or 8 I can pop this pan of homemade (from scratch) mac and cheese with L'il Smokies in the oven for 20 minutes and voila. Dinner.

Yeah that cheese raises your cholesterol which is really bad on your arteries and heart when you get older, I am not sure what we are going to have tonight, it's hot here now and I really don't feel like doing much, most people forget what today really means, I am dreading hearing the fire works go off tonight, triggers my PTSD, fireworks are illegal within city limits but we still have the few aholes that sneak them over the border and shoot them off.

I love Chinese too, but Sissy never asks me what kind I want. She gets me the same thing every time. First it was Mongolian chicken until I felt like clucking in Mandarin. So she started with the beef dish. I've got to get over to their online menu before I start moo'ing in Cantonese.

    Burgers and salad.

Homemade pizza. I'm not going to be cooking much thia week. Miss E leaves in the morning for church camp and I'll be home alone. No point in cooking just for me, so I've got a few days' worth of pop-it-in-the-microwave dinners, and since I have less than a pound of hamburger, lots of sliced cheese, and sourdough bread, I'm gonna make patty melts for myself probably tomorrow night. I'll still make Wednesday-morning-burritos but those I take to work to share.

I'm going through perimenopause, too. I'm not worrying about a diet, though, at least not at this time. I'm already eating healthier and not eating as much junk food. I still eat some, because I DO work at Freddy's and I think I would keel over and die if I couldn't have a burger once a week. I've replaced my Friday-night-bottle-of-liquor with Friday afternoon custard as long as I'm where I am.

I've got dough rising for homemade pizza for dinner and just finished prepping this week's lunches: homemade Lunchables with Melba toast, ham, and mild cheddar cheese; hard-boiled eggs for a little extra protein; cauliflower; carrots-and-green peppers; and a tropical fruit salad made with papaya, kiwifruit, and mangoes. It seems like a lot, but when I pack it up in my lunch containers it's really not. It's just more of a variety and a rainbow of foods.

After a week of lazily eating microwaved or freezer-to-oven meals whenever I was hungry...Miss E is home and my nightly menus have returned.

Tonight (meeting night): Homemade pizza. About to make the dough here shortly.

From tomorrow on, the menu will be rearranged based on what we're hungry for (or have time for) on any given night:
Monday (laundry night): Brats and tots
Tuesday (3 meeting night): Chicken sandwiches and chips
    Wednesday: Cheeseburgers and tots
Thursday (if we're home): Hamburger Helper
Friday: Grocery Day and fend-for-yourself from what I'll order
