Roasted chicken breasts. "Chicken boobies," as Hubby calls them.

I was gonna have "syouuuuuuuuup" with Little Bit tonight, but I didn't get my break until after breakfast was over. So I in turn had lunch for break, so now my day is flip-flopped. Going to have an egg white and cheese omelette with the yogurt and half a grapefruit I was SUPPOSED to have at work for break.

I've been slow cooking a pork roast since yesterday afternoon, so we'll be having that with gravy, rice, salad and deviled eggs.

I love grape and cherry, but I'll eat any flavor. Lemon is okay once it melts just a wee so the flavor is more pronounced.

Tonight I'm have some sort of take-out. I want pizza, but it has too much salt and too many calories. I will probably have a burger and a side salad. And pops. Lol.

Definitely I prefer Publix over Subway or any sub shop for that matter.

Tonight I'm having a 3 meat salad from Bonos BBQ

I'll have to get a sub from there the next time Sissy runs in. I usually get the chicken plate.

Tonight I had a McD quarter pounder deluxe with a side salad and popsicles, and I still came in well below my calorie budget for the day.

Golden Corral --grilled sirloin, baked potato, tossed salad, and for desert a cone with a squirt of vanilla ice cream atop it and no sugar added strawberry cake, which will total my day's calorie count within the bounds of my calorie budget.

I love the corn pudding and have a yen for French fries, but I stuck to my planned foods because I had rather not be fat and 60.

We are having carnitas. I allow myself one cheat meal a week. I thought I cheated Thursday, because I had a lettuce and tomato sirloin burger with fries at work before I left. Well, I ended up burning off twice the calories I took in all day long.

Cyn, now I'm hungry again. It's been almost exactly five years since I had Chinese.

Mr. Clean, didn't they proscribe Mrs. Clean anti nausea pills?

We're having baked tilapia for lunch, and probably soup and sammies for supper.

Ham sammies. Again. Because Sissy got me too much and I can't afford to let it ruin. However, I am going to have her bring me a side salad from wherever she is going for dinner tonight. I had a steak biscuit from Hardee's for breakfast--the first I'd had in years because I thought they had more calories than sausage and egg biscuits, well, turns out they have less; not a whole lot less, but less is less.
