A segue: I'm off potted meat for the foreseeable future. Why? Because I saw an epi on X-Files about this dude who killed women and cut their tongues out. So he comes home and his bedridden mother asks him to fix him a sandwich. He looks in the fridge and says "Mama, all we got is potted meat."
