    Dunno. I've never dealt with any legal cases involving the wearing of human body parts. But I agree with the people on Dish Nation who broke this story in that Leto doing that will likely entice other whackjobs and celeb stalkers to do the same.

    Eewww that's disgusting!! Firstly, what kind of insane person would cut their own ear off and then send it to a celebrity. Secondly, Leto must be a nutcase to wear it around his neck. I would probably vomit if someone sent me that.
