Janet, Tito, Jermaine, Randy, and Rebbie all signed a letter to the executors of Michael's estate asking them to step down and accusing them of mishandling the estate, questioning the validity of the will, and accusing them of causing Katherine distress. Next, they spirit Katherine away somewhere. Are they trying to keep her in the dark about what they are doing with the Estate?

Paris reportedly hasn't been able to contact Katherine. Can you imagine? This is a girl who lost her father three short years ago. Her whole world was uprooted and she and her brothers went to live with the Jackson clan, who, by their own admission, had limited contact with the kids prior to Michael's death. Katherine has provided them stability and love in the wake of their father's death and now the Jackson siblings are not allowing Paris contact with her guardian. Something stinks to high heavens about this whole mess.

Janet's career is in the toilet. She got dropped by her last record label shortly after putting out her first album for them. While I don't think she's anywhere near broke, I wonder if she goes along with them just so they'll stop trying to paw at her money.



I hope there is a clause in MJ's will that if anybody contests the will, they are automatically left out of the will. That would keep Katherine from siding with her kids and the loser Jackson children getting Michael's money.

Once these children are of legal age, Michael's siblings are not going to have any say, and they know that so they are most likely trying to cash in now. I don't think this young girl, Paris, is going to let them make a mint of the death of her Father. Michael seemed to have distanced himself from his family while he was alive. I'm honestly shocked at Janet Jackson's involvement with this. When it was first reported, I thought someone must be confused and they mean *LaToya* - wow. If anyone's career is in the crapper, it would be LaToya.

The rest of them have been living off the Michael Jackson teat for decades, so it's not surprising that they're doing this. Katherine Jackson has always struck me as a lovely woman with incredible powers of denial. I'm sorry - but there it is. I think she's more than likely suffering from dementia, and her spawn sees their meal ticket *really* taking its last breath and they're panicking. I'm not one for dragging the legal system into family squabbles, but this is a lot more than an argument over who gets Great Aunt Hester's silver flatware. There are 3 minors whose future is at stake, and they need to be separated and protected from these vultures.

I think its safe to say, LaToya is a forgivable person. After all first, it was her husband (now ex) who forced her to say and do what she did in 1993 during the first allegations. Second, it was LaToya's genuine generousity on 'Celeb Apprentice' that got me teared up when she donated MJ's last remaining shirt for 'This is It' to her group's charity.
I think LaToya is okay now & has been forgiven. At least shes out of this mess.

What they were saying on Dr. Drew last night was that she was supposed to go to New Mexico to see the Jacksons peform, but they had a doctor that Michael had been seeing talk to her and tell her to go to Arizona to relax and he also sedated her. Perhaps that's where the lackadaisical attitude about the children is coming from. I don't know. I can't wait to see what they say tonight.

She said that after being sequestered by 1/2 of her children for 10 days, reading from a prepared script, and surrounded by Rebbie, Rebbie's daughter, Jermaine, Janet, and an official from the Miravel resort. I'm not so sure that she spoke the 'truth' - only saying what she was supposed to say.

I hate to say it, because I think Mrs. Jackson is a wonderful woman but she has covered for her brood for a very long time and I don't think it past her to stretch the truth if she thought it would protect them.
