I thought the list would have been longer. The only name I recognize is Tsarnaev. Major Hassan was given the death penalty but he was tried in military court. Eric Rudolph/ Ted Kaczynski/Ramzi Yousef were given life sentences.

I'm not "morally opposed" to it but I've come to think it's not a needed form of punishment. But; sometimes, it might just be the appropriate form of punishment. Three local teenage punks stole a car here night before last - yeah, the owner left the keys in it while she ran into a Kroger. She also left her six year old boy asleep in it.

Police found the car and the body yesterday morning about a half mile from where I work. Bastards shot the kid multiple times.

Cops have them; the DA is going for capital murder and I hope the death penalty.
