If I were Martha's ghost I would totally haunt the crap out of him.

I'm fucking furious that this useless bag of meat is out on bail. Nice to see that he was apparently able to keep his booze habit going while he was in there. Wouldn't want to have him deprived of anything, god forbid.
I can't imagine how Martha's mother must feel.

I was just thinking about Martha's mother. Poor lady.
Her brother really seems to have himself together though. I really doubt Stankel will have a life worth living even if he's a free complete douchebag.
I saw an interview with her brother recently and he was a fiery Moxley.

Martha's mother has an amazing attitude. He is a pig and a waste of skin.

I'm not sure if there are any Australian members here but the premier of "Behind Mansion Walls" with Keri-Anne Kennerley is supposed to air December 11th and is supposed to feature the Martha Moxley case. I hope it ends up online eventually, otherwise we won't get to see it in North America.

Skakel goes skiing

He needs to go skiing, Sonny Bono style!
I'm a skier, if I ever saw that bastard on the slopes it would be a case of hit and run...oh I'm sorry, did I hurt you !
I admit that I've not studied this case extensively but I don't feel quite clear if it was Tommy or Michael Skakel who did this...From what I've seen both could be guilty? Was there a specific reason Furhman believed it was Michael and not Tommy?

Here too...RIP young lady. Skakel will burn in hell.
To my Father. Even though you have crossed the plane, you will always be with me.
You were not just my Father, but my hero. My life has been a poor attempt to be like you
You taught me music, vocals, and how to fight. I can only hope I am half the man you are
When I close my eyes I can see you. And finally, Thank you Dad. for everything.
March 1934-July 2016
Interesting to see a thread for her on here- I was born and raised in her hometown.. Thank you OP. Will read when I have the chance.
Just read this, it makes me sick to think he might walk away with just 11 years. I pray justice be done for Martha.

I hope justice is served.
the prosecutors want him back in jail

Sad that Dominick Dunne has since died.(A few years ago)
But hope the justice for Martha will live on.
Carolyn(1958-2009) always in my heart.
Hoping money doesn't talk in this case and Skankel goes back to prison where he belongs. Justice for Martha.
Today you could be standing next to someone who is trying their best not to fall apart. So whatever you do today, do it with kindness.
I agree Mansfield
In his forthcoming book Framed, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., presents what he claims is new evidence that clears Skakel, his cousin. The book suggests investigators had much stronger evidence against other persons of interest in the case but instead focused almost exclusively on Skakel. http://www.people.com/article/martha...cent-of-murder
Here we go again. I wish that family ( Skakel/Kennedy) would just FUCK OFF!

Skakel's conviction has been reinstated by CT Supreme Court:

Thanks, cash. after a depressing week, this is good news.
""Because we conclude that the petitioner’s trial counsel rendered constitutionally adequate representation, we reverse the judgment of the habeas court and remand the case to that court with direction to render judgment denying the petition,” they wrote in a 4-3 ruling.""
bye bitch. back to your hole
YES! Bye scum bag!
The only way Michael could ultimately have been acquitted would have been to CREDIBLY throw the blame on his brother, who was known to have had a relationship with Martha. NOT the hapless tutor who had only just been hired that day, or the (conveniently) non-white teens visiting in the neighborhood that night. Even if, for the sake of argument, Michael did NOT kill Martha, he likely knew who did, possibly even helped in some way. Should have settled the matter right away.
Mickey Sherman presumably did not make all these decisions by himself, so what other outcome was likely?
(And P.S., I wouldn't trust that fine upstanding RFK, Jr. to give me the correct time of day...)

I wasn't able to make it here last night, but remembering you today Martha.
Shit. The murder conviction has been overturned.
"Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel is no longer a convicted killer.
Connecticut's top court issued a surprise ruling Friday that overturned Skakel's 2002 conviction for the 1975 murder of Martha Moxley, his 15-year-old neighbor found bludgeoned and stabbed with a golf club in their wealthy Greenwich enclave.
The new ruling was an abrupt about-face for the state Supreme Court, which said in a prior decision just 16 months ago that Skakel's conviction should stand.
In its 4-3 split decision, the panel agreed Friday with Skakel's argument his original lawyer Mickey Sherman provided "inadequate" representation when he failed to track down a crucial alibi witness, thereby depriving Skakel of a fair trial."

Well, that's about it. With the current fiscal situation, I can't see Connecticut trying this walking piece of crap again. He'll probably also live long enough to bury everyone who was after him.
DAMN DAMN DAMN!, NOOOO, he needs to be put away, poor Martha and her family not getting justice.
The way the high court flip flopped on how they were going to rule suggests lot of pressure applied to clear Skakel. Once again money, power and privilege call the tune.
Now, what are they going to do with him now they've got him out? Casey Anthony likely thought she'd be some kind of celebrity-- well, she's notorious, but not terribly welcome anywhere decent people know about her.
Would YOU buy a skanky Mikey memoir, or tune in to see him with Oprah, etc.? He needs to just go somewhere and eat himself to death, preferably before Martha's Mom passes on.
