I can't help it. I love this movie. The single mom, the health care, having someone do something good for you that so changes your life, the way they all help each other, what happened to Simon, the attack. It makes me feel good.

And I'm watching "Good Will Hunting" again............"It's not your fault, it's not your fault...it's not your fault" That was a great scene. Maybe psychologists/therapists should watch this as part of their training. Also, the speech that Matt Damon gives to the NSA.

Those in power, and those with more, but don't realize it, nor do they care to use it over others.

I seem to enjoy any old Black and white movies.
The older the film the better.

I watched Titanic again the other day - god only knows why as I don't really like it but it struck me that if Rose had got on the life boat as she was supposed to then Jack could have used the door or whatever it was that she used to float on and probably wouldn't have died - blasted film.

I've been favoriting things right and left. So many good old movies I haven't seen. And I love the nature sounds of whales or nature itself. It does something to your soul.

So today, "Dark Waters" with Merle Oberon and Franchot Tone, 1944 and "Dangerous" with Bette Davis and Franchot Tone, 1935.

Franchot Tone saves the day in "Dark Waters". What a guy! Almost finished with "Dangerous"..

I just tried to watch "The Good Wife". Thought it would be good. It ain't. That's one less show to tape.

Now on to "Sledge Hammer". I heard good things from a bunch of hags, so I zipped it, and if it sucks I'm going to whine about wasting a rental.

Flamingo Road (1949) Nice film noir. Joan Crawford. Bad cops and politicians.

I always have to watch a movie to go to sleep to. I watch the rest in the morning. And since it's raining here like crazy tonight, and there's a serious leak in my room (see "I Live In A House That's Falling Apart" thread, what better sound affects for the movie...Sheesh..

I've just started watching Medium. Great show. The chemistry between the actors is good and I like how the acting is so understated and subtle - no chewing the scenery. Patricia Arquette is very good.
