A fan from SCTV days. RIP
Being from Cleveland myself I have been a long time fan.
A small personal story. I played a little bass guitar. I took lessons from a guy that played in many area bands. He tells the story...
My wife has long watched this show. I guess I've seen it through osmoses. I guess technically this would go here, if not move it.
One first wonders if this had anything to do with the show. He...
I just watched a small piece on her on television. She did OK starting from little to nothing.
It kind of shocked me he was this old.

This one really sucks for me. I would listen to him often on Outlaw Country on XM radio. He was always entertaining and his songs while not really serious were interesting.
...
Passes away at 76. She had quite a few more songs than that one but it seems to be the one people remember.
...
Someone I haven't thought about in a long time. Its odd how odd it seems someone was 80 when you haven't thought of them in such a long time.
...
This one sucks. Loved the Smothers Brothers. I regret I never got to see them.
I guess I haven't seen or thought of him in awhile. I really liked Paper Moon.

I was a huge Wings fan so I hate to hear this. I knew he wasn't doing well but had hoped he would turn it around.

Been coming for a good while and not unexpected but bummer.

I would watch Dark Shadows after school. I suppose at the time it wasn't something I noticed as I was pretty young but she was very attractive.
...
Yeah, I think he finally admitted to killing her but didn't really tell the full story.
I don't know why but I still get surprised when I see the age of many who pass away. It's hard to believe they are that old. In my head they are not.
I suppose he could be in the acting section but I think he is more known for his time as linebacker for the Chicago Bears.
...
Probably should have stepped down awhile ago but 90 is a good run.

It's hard to believe he was that old. I remember watching him play.

Every time I would see him I was always surprised he was still alive.

Dream Weaver was huge when I was in Jr High.

"A Pirate Looks at Eternity".
Not sure where this should go. 99 is a pretty good run.

OK, check this out. Already has blown past auction estimates.

Iconic role which consisted largely of facial expressions and bell ringing.
I'm a huge The Band fan. Now only one left. I hate to see this.
Hate to hear this one. I kept on hoping he would pop up in something again. I guess this explains why he hasn't.

:(
Just saw this. She certainly led the interesting life. Good for her.
I ran across this clip of some out takes of the previously discussed movie "The Day the Clown Cried". No words but subtitled. Part of the movie is in there and it's kinda easy to understand why he...
Another one that really sucks.
Now that it seems official it still sucks. I watch Leave it to Beaver all the time. Seemed a better place with Wally and the Beaver still in the world.
Everyone has to go at some point and I had read he was sick but this one sucks.

For years it would seem he was in everything. While maybe not everyone knew his name, they certainly knew his face.
...
I didn't think he was this old.

Bummer. Some seem a bigger deal than others. I hate to hear this BUT he had a very long life.
First movie I can recall is Brian's Song but yeah, he was really good in the Godfather but who wasn't?
I seem to only remember his as the bartender in The Shining but he was quite memorable in that IMO.

It was good she was fully able to get the truth about her paintings out.
I have to say that I am surprised he made it this long.

I once won a case of Cola because I knew their first names. I always wondered why they never got back together. Now it's not possible.
...
That's cool. I don't think I've ever seen anyone say anything bad about him.
I'm a huge fan of "The Band" and without Ronnie there might not have ever been such a band.
https://pitchfork.com/news/ronnie-hawkins-rockabilly-star-and-the-bands-first-leader-dies-at-87/
American Graffiti fans are going to be bumming.
No way Newsome let's her out IMO.
He was in 2 of my top all time favorite moves. Goodfella's and Field of Dreams. I stop and watch both whenever on.
One of the great rock drummers. I was always a big fan of YES.

I love "Tremors". Bummer.
Cool, that was really interesting.
Wow, I never saw this.........I was in Mt Pilot Tuesday.
