I don't really expect this to get a lot of interest but Tom was a big part of the youth for people my age. His Hot Wheels cars were in everyone's collection. The models of his cars were on every shelf.
The Mongoose (Tom) and the Snake (Don Prudhomme) was a huge drag racing draw. Another part of childhood gone.
