No problem, I was hoping to get a little group going, that way maybe we can let each other in on some of the cool spots to check out the famous or infamous dead people in our midst.

If anyone looks at this page in the near future, I'm looking for a suggestion. Me and my girl would like to get away for a weekend, but don't want to travel too far. We like to check out things that are historical especially on the creepy side. We have made all the usual stops in the past, Lancaster, Philly, Poconos and Jersey Shore. If anyone has any other suggestions, please please please help out.

Pea Patch Island, here in Delaware. Fort Delaware there was used as a prison for Confederate POW's. It's supposed to be mondo-haunted. Ghost Hunters did their live show this Halloween from there. I've been there, and it is indeed creepy.

I've not been there before, that will be in my near future. I've only lived here 40 years...been to Alcatrez but not to my own backyard! lol. This was a good idea vandal, thanks!

Yeah there are some great places around here with a lot of history, it helps that this part of the country has a lot of settlement dating back some 400 or so years. I love it, thats why I majored in it in college. But I even love scoping out graveyards, the pics I posted are all close to the area.

Hey all - anybody besides me see the Obama/Biden train today? Pretty amazing. Basically right in my backyard. I'm not bringing politics into here (no way, no how!) but it was just cool to see.
