Yeah, I think this is one of those cases that prove if you have enough money you can get away with at least one murder.
I watched the trial and even spoke to a couple of her friends. I truly feel it was murder.
What gets me is how some of the jury members didn't even want to look at the crime photos.
One of the jury members interviewed said he said "this is no F*** teaparty!" because of their refusing to see the pictures.
I would think that jurors that refused to look at the evidence couldnt be expected to come to an unpartial decision and should have been removed from the jury and had alternates brought in. All of the evidence that I heard pointed to murder. Hopefully they go after him again, but for some reason I'm not holding my breath.

I think they were all crap faced drunk, not acting like adults, playing with guns like some high school kids playing with lighters, he was trying to show off and show her his " Big one " and kapow, right in the kisser. his first reaction was to wipe blood gushing out of her mouth wound
evidence in case was a man's blood covered jacket found in house as well as a rag with her blood.
he tried to mop shit up -- then he finally went out and said "I think I killed somebody" to the chauffeur who has the sense to call 9-1-1
then police tasered the drunk little shit Spector who was mouthing off and wouldn't take his hands from pockets "what's wriong with you people...!!"
Dominick Dunne is new Vanity Fair says that his adopted son revealed that Spector is spending loads on defense partly so there is not a lot left for the upcoming civil trial. Yes, when criminal trial #2 is done-- there will be a civil trial.

Yes she had a couple drinks -- but was not loaded on various pills like he was -- and she hadnt been drinking all afternoon and night like Spector -- nor was she a bully who got off on making women squirm.
Don't blame the victim because she thought she could use her looks to use him for contacts in showbiz. Clarkson has no idea who the lil' fucker was -- nor knew about his gun-happy reputation...she just knew he was a VIP at her place of employment - -a millionaire with a mansion and a limo parked outside that was planning to drive her home.

I'm curious: how, exactly, was it established that Clarkson knew nothing about Phil Spector?
I had always thought that Clarkson acted as a "hostess" at her place of employ. And, as such, wouldn't she be expected to know at least something about the Hollywood-types who showed up?
I guess I don't understand how anyone can be so sure now (after the fact) that Lana Clarkson didn't have any inkling at all as to who Spector was and, more importantly, what kind of person he was.
...but the problem is that he's got a history of pointing guns at people...from what I understand, he did it to the Romones and John Lennon to name a few...the guy's a mental case and should be in jail...IMO of course...

The Manager at the HOB was with Spector and friend when Lana came up to them. The manager testified that she called him "Ms. Spector". The manager had to pull her aside and explain to her who Spector was. She had no idea. It was speculated that this was the reason Lana relented (after much cajoling by Spector) to go to his house. She wanted to make up for the "boo-boo" of not knowing who he was.

One of the jurors wondered if Phil was still angry at Lana for mistaking him for a woman. He(juror) mistook Phil for a woman the first time he saw Phil also.
I think that Lana Clarsons dead pics are beautiful, if you could say that. She looks like she´s thinking really hard about something.
But I´m a big fan of dead pics and see it as a form of art.

I have investigated hundreds of suicides and women do not use a gun. I have not seen one in the years that I have been doing this.

Mostly, women are afraid of guns and are for the most part vain. They do not want to take thier lives in a way that would disfigure them.

I was convinced it was murder, but when I actually saw the death photos (on this site), it wasn't gross at all, in fact, she looked kind of peaceful. I still think it was murder, but it's not the splatter-fest that I think would make a jury really want to convict if there's facts they don't understand.

I cannot for the life of me figure out WHY she would ever even get into a car with him,much less go to his home. I don't think he killed her intentionally. He was always waving those damn guns around and this time it really got out of hand he poor Lana died. I dont think even if convicted he is going down for murder,maybe manslaughter.
1) The zany hair was designed and done by his wife. She thought it was a great look.
2) The wife also got very uppity with the judge and that did not go well. When she was interviewed on Court/Tru tv-she also was very defensive.
