I haven't been keeping up with it. Have the Feds said they aren't going to press charges? They could press charges any time and I expect it. I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet. He should have been saving as much money as he could and move to a country with no extradition to the US... but again he's not smart.
I really don't know. I don't pay any attention to what he does. I just read about it here afterwards.
