He had Mace, Taser and a Billy Club. I'm guessing they still carry a Baton of some sort. But, has his Firearm out. Stupid to use in an enclosed alley in a neighborhood. Stupid ass thinking. The following is not meant to be racist, but the sad ass truth. He might get in trouble since she was white. Although, they will drag up every quirk and problem on her to blame the victim. I bet the dog was hers and just protecting it's human. What if there had been a child playing behind one of those fences? Bullets ricochet. Even off water. It's been years ago but an LEO killed a kid fishing in a boat with his grandpa. The dumbass was shooting into a wooded area, at a snake crawling up the post of a birdhouse. Went through the small patch of trees and struck the poor kid in the head.
