He was Welsh and best known for starring in the 70s sitcom It Ain't Half Hot Mum. He also starred in many other TV & Stage shows Like Never The Twain and Terrahawks as well as many films including the Carry On Series. He was one of those actors who you don't always recognize the name but as soon as you see his face or heard his voice you remembered him.
He died on Thursday (January 17) aged 88 of natural causes but his daughter only revealed the news today.
