I don't think this has anything to do with escaping the weather. We have open air containers next to my building for renovations, you would be surprised at how many people get in them looking for whatever they can salvage. But looking to get out of harsh weather conditions I don't think so. She probably wanted free clothing. Still, it's sad.
Today you could be standing next to someone who is trying their best not to fall apart. So whatever you do today, do it with kindness.
I think this was a "Dumpster Diving" for clothes, misadventure. Sad, nonetheless.
Stay in Drugs. Eat your School. Don't do Vegetables.

Something like this happened near me. A lady was trying to loot a donation bin, fell off of her step ladder, and got her arm stuck (and broken). She was dangling there for hours. Died of trauma and exposure... all for some free clothes. She drove a Hummer, so she wasn't needy.
