some details from his chef - sounds like HIV/AIDS or some other infectiuos disease
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...-recently.html
I heard Prince was found in the home-elevator alone, collapsed. Sorry if this was said already.

I was going to say that sounds a lot like how I eat and I've had ulcers for quite a long time that bleed periodically. i am actually prescribed opiates for pain control because i can't take ibuprophen, and opiates are the lesser evil on your stomach between those, ibuprophen and other NSaids and Tylenol. I haven't been on them constantly it's been on and off, and they are finally now going to do surgery to remove the part of my stomach that keeps getting the ulcers. But anyway, ulcers just brings up another possibility that does make sense. Lots of things it could have been I suppose. I can't wait to find out and put this to rest. All the contradicting stories, etc... If it turns out to be a drug overdose are the people claiming AIDS going to apologize? I know people want their stories an we are all reading them but if it's not a fact its not fair to sell your story.
He was definitely in the elevator, but I don't know if it was in his home or in the business part of the pp complex. I wonder how long he was in there, if he had just got in there that morning or the night before. Must have been that morning though, since I think he was still responsive when they found him and they removed him from the elevator to do CPR, but it didn't help. That's really sad, no one had talked to him for like 12 hours, but he was found early enough that there was still at least a small possibility of saving him, but they couldn't. At least he didn't actually die in the elevator, i don't know why that just seems extra sad to me.
Good luck with your surgery Bettie!!! I wanted to add that I don't think there is anything more wrong with speculating about AIDS as their is about an ulcer or the flu or any other disease. We're long past the time when people should be ashamed of this disease.

Just rolls my eyes at Sinead's statement if this were true, why didn't she report him years ago.

One way or the other its about to hit the fan. Either she is right and he will be busted, or she is wrong and he will sue her.
true or not, Sinead probably didn't say anything because she didn't want the attention- at the time. Now that he is gone, now would be the good time. (??)

"Prince team sought addiction doctor's help, newspaper reports."
Kind of interesting.
Maybe someone can provide insight to something that is really bothering me about the immediate cremation of Prince after his autopsy...If he indeed didn't have a will or they just cannot find it, how can his family make such a personal and abrupt decision to cremate him immediately?? Does anyone else find this strange??

IDK, but perhaps he told them verbally he preferred cremation.
I read somewhere yesterday or this morning that years ago an acquaintance called the cops to report Prince's extreme use of cocaine. Cops couldn't do anything because the date the caller gave them was beyond the statute of limitations.

All the Acetaminophen that comes along with pain pills can wreck your Liver. Another thing that might have affected him. Livers can be grouchy little things but can't live without it.
Stay in Drugs. Eat your School. Don't do Vegetables.
Here we go. I predicted this lawsuit:
Arsenio is suing Sinead for $5 MILLION:

"Bremer Trust, the special administrator of the singer's estate, filed a new document in Carver County, Minnesota, court that authorizes it to have Prince's blood genetically analyzed.
According to the document, which was obtained by ABC News, the testing will be "for any purpose relevant to the administration of the Estate." For example, if a potential heir comes forward, it will be possible to determine a blood relation."

The cover of the National Enquirer had a couple of pictures of what looks like Prince struggling in an elevator. My untrained eye can never tell if the pictures are real, but they looked convincing. It appeared to be footage from a surveillance camera in the ceiling. He was holding his cane and looked like he was trying to hold himself up in the corner of the elevator. Anyone see the pics and think they're real? Or not real...
EDIT: I just did a google search of it and the images on the internet look fake. Looked more real on the cover of the magazine. :P The pictures on google could have been recreated by someone pretending to be him and their grainy in such a fake way, like they're photoshopped.

Fight the REAL enemy, Sinead...
my mom read Price was actually not that nice of a person. For instance there was one time I don't know the details but long story short, Prince used someone else's guitar- very nice, genuine, expensive guitar and instead of giving it back to the person Prince smashed the guitar on stage. He used people, took money from people...

Fake as a three dollar bill. You can't even see the person's face. Prince also wouldn't have such el cheapo surveillance cameras on his property that they make Walmart's look top of the line. Isn't it interesting how that's always the case with fakes.

Everyone must die but not everyone has lived
I just have to say that I do find it quite odd that none of his "famous exes" have biological kids... Hell even Sheena Easton adopted. =)

Heard on the radio that 700 people have "raised their hand" as being related and will be DNA tested. Here's one who claims to be his son. I'm not seeing any resemblance, not that that means anything. Also, unless I'm calculating it wrong Prince would have been 16 when he was born. Not that it's impossible, of course, I just think it's unlikely.

Also, just now on the news there was a story that a document was leaked that Prince saw a Dr at North Memorial who gave him prescription meds a few days and the day before he died. The guy showed up at PP and the "death scene" as he was bringing some test results to Prince. No criminal charges for this guy but he has been fired from NM. So he had seen Prince twice, and was just a family practice physician, not a specialist. Probably doctor shopping since I would assume Prince already had a PCP, so maybe he had just found this guy or been referred or otherwise found out this guy might help him out.

Saw Purple Rain in the theater on Monday because I didn't see it when it was originally in the theater. I can't remember why. I was 16 at the time. I did buy the soundtrack album the weekend it came out. Watching the movie made me realize it's going to take a while for my brain to register that he's really dead. Every time I read something about his death it's just like, oh wow Prince is dead. Hard to explain. It was the same with Michael Jackson but I was always a much bigger Prince fan.

5 Nagging Questions about Prince's death: I find it interesting that it says this newest doctor was a family doctor, but every article where I've ready the comments (yes, I take them with a grain of salt) all of those who have been defending him have described him as their pain management doctor. So I wonder if he was doing that under the cover of family practice. I've gone through pain management here, and it's not generally pill mills (though they will prescribe opiates and other pain medication as they deem fit) so I just thought that was kind of interesting. Maybe someone let Prince in on the fact that this guy works in PM. I find it odd he was dropping off results at PP in person. Shows at least a little special treatment, who's to say that wouldn't extend to giving him opiate medication even if he was already getting it elsewhere.
