Miss E had ravioli and I had the rest of last night's macaroni and cheese with chicken. I'm now sipping on coffee because there's nothing else to drink but water. *sigh* Weekdays I can bring home a soda from work to sip on over the evenings, but weekends suck. I was hoping to find some tea or something in the food pantry, but no.

Either Mongolian Chicken, rice, egg roll, cream cheese rangoon. I'm sick of MC and the rangoons weren't that tasty. I told Sissy to get me Beef and Broccoli next time.

Chipotle. Steak, cheese, and rice bowls. Miss E's with pinto beans and hot salsa, and mine with no beans but extra sour cream. Both with chips.

I'm almost out of lettuce, so I asked Sissy to bring me a garden salad, meaning a side from BK or McD. She walked in with a big garden salad from Zaxby's. And a brownie. I ate half the salad and the brownie, and didn't go over my calorie budget! YaY me!

Miss E had macaroni and cheese with hot dogs, I had the salad from last night's dinner. She wouldn't have eaten it anyway, it had avocados and blue cheese in it. It was 'lish.

Roast chicken thighs, "mashin' 'tatoes," and green beans. I was supposed to make this yesterday but someone wasn't home early enough.

I don't remember what I ended up making last night....I made a frozen pizza tonight. I meet with a budgeting counselor every Wednesday now at 7:15, so I either have to get dinner done and out of the way the moment I walk in the door from work, OR I wait and eat after.

ROFL! I know, I know, I'm a day late an' a dollar short in replying to this but I just saw it.

Tonight we had chicken strips and cookies provided by Chick-fil-A and a local church along with fresh veggies. Last night's Easter celebration provided us with sandwiches, chips, and brownies. Two nights in a row I didn't have to cook. SCORE! Tomorrow, probably fish and cheesy rice.

Potted meat and potato chip sammies. I've got hamburger patties thawing for dinner several nights. I don't especially want that, but I don't like beef that's been frozen a month, either, so it's either eat it or waste my money.

Ria, Cindy, sounds good, I love ham but I swell up if I eat too much sodium, so I stay away from it, tonight homemade chicken noodle soup.

pk, Sissy made chicken noodle soup when I was sick back in the winter. She put milk in it. Ewwww. Fortunately I was so sick--and she knew it--that I couldn't eat much of anything. Lol.

Last night we had hamburger steak and tossed salad.

Tonight it's a flip between breakfast and ham sandwiches. Sissy brought home most of the Easter ham and so I get a lot of free meals this month, which is good because I am trying to save for a laptop.

Cindy if you can get Better Than Bullion chicken paste, omg that is so good and you only need three table spoons in a big pot of soup and no other seasoning, for one cup of the soup is 65 mg of sodium. I made a huge pot of it and so delish, ewww milk in chicken noodle soup, I love milk but not in chicken noodle..
