Last night was four cheese pizza hot pockets.

No clue about tonight. Maybe a Turkey burger with carrot chips & ranch or hummus.

Last night it was nothing for me, I went on break late and had a ginormous roast beef sammich with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Wasn't hungry when I got home
Fell asleep and woke up at 5:30 this morning.

Last nite was fish & chips

Tonite, we decided on subs from Subway for Valentine's Day. Have some sparkling cider to go along with it, and a heart shaped cake for dessert. About as fancy schmancy as we get 😁😁

Last night was BBQ burgers and chips. Tonight I want a fish sammie and side or a turkey club sub, but I'll have to eat what Sissy wants.

I am not sure hubby is cooking, smells like garlic and I think I heard something about pasta and chicken with tomato sauce. Wow Cindy sounds like your apartment manager is great!

I don't know about tonight. I'd love to have a steak, but Sissy will probably go to Brittany's and bring back take out.

I grew up with my Mom making the Bread at home and my Dad made delish Biscuits. It's an old craving I am having to fight. It was the way Debra agreed with the Doctor that let me know I was screwed.

I listen to those people who live to be 100-102 and what not, you know what they don't mention that they consume a lot of? Sugar, or sweets, they eat, bread, butter, pork, bacon, smoke and drink, it is coming out that sugar is hell on on our health, raises blood pressure, screws with our kidneys and such.

I'm still working on my Sugar intake. I gave up Sodas wears ago. We now use Organic Coconut Palm Sugar. It has a lower glycemic factor and I love the taste. A real big problem is how processed food you get nowadays is. Even the dang Bread.

Subway. They've got some misleading POP (signage) up. I ordered a "number one" which was supposed to be a foot long and a drink. "No that's wrong," the guy behind the counter told me when I pointed to the sign. Got my receipt and lo and behold...my sub was a $4.99-footlong and adding my drink made it the price on the sign. *rolls eyes*

Tonite: pancakes (or eggs), sausage, fruit
    Friday: I'm thinking McD's.
Saturday. Possibly Soup, Sammich, a veggie
Sunday: Chicken strips, zucchini/carrots, an orange
Monday (and after) not a clue

    Wednesday: Philly steak and fries
Thursday: Mongolian chicken, rice and egg roll. I ate half of it and immediately didn't feel well and then felt better after about five minutes. Ate the other half for breakfast today, no problem.
Friday: breakfast or burger and fries.

Today we are celebrating my birthday a bit early, we are going out for Pho, right now my anxiety is mild so I am going to try to go out, I havn't been out of the house in about three weeks. Might try to go to a book store and then have hubby stop at the store for a small cake and some icecream or just icecream out somewhere not sure yet, all depends on how I do out at lunch.

I am going to make vegetable beef soup tonight for dinner and have that tomorrow.

Miss E and I had McDonalds. We got into the shelter so there'll be no more eating out for the next three months.

The remaining 6" of a turkey and black olive sub from lunch. It was lish and each half had less than 300 calories. YaY!

Tomorrow night will probably be a BBQ beef sandwich and salad.

No clue tonight. I have a meeting at 6, so either we'll eat super-early (for us) or super-late. We're supposed to be getting meals brought to us for the first couple of nights we're here by the church that's sponsoring our particular apartment in the shelter, but they didn't show last night. Not holding my breath for tonight.

Thinking about either tomato soup and grilled cheese sammiches, hot dogs, or breakfast-for-dinner since Miss E and I slept through breakfast.

IDK. Sissy was planning on buy my groceries for me tonight, but she has to work late and won't feel like doing it. So, she is bring take out. A double order for me--one for tonight and another for breakfast tomorrow. Did I say my cupboard was almost bare? I have money, but no way to buy groceries until Sissy does it.
