Mario Louis Fornini, Sr. who wrestled under the name of Angelo Savoldi from 1937 to 1972, died Sept. 20, 2013 at the age of 99. Savoldi was believed to be the oldest living retired pro wrestler and was married to his wife for 74 years. At one time he was part owner of the WWWF, now known as WWE.
Extraordinary age, especially for a wrestler.
I hazard to guess Savoldi died of natural causes.
