A couple of repeats from what you posted but theres a few different.
When you lose a parent you lose your past. When you lose a spouse you lose your present. When you lose a child you lose your future.

I think there was a helicopter pilot killed filming a Magnum PI episode as well.

The first one comes to mind is the Twilight Zone tragedy. Not only a good actor was killed, but two very young and adorable children were killed (see Scott's write up on Vic Morrow). However, the girl has something on her face that looks a little creepy. It probably isn't but just suggestion after one knows what happens to these two angels.

I guess the Twilight Zone tragedy comes to mind because a helicopter is involved. The helicopter is not my favorite type of aircraft. My husband is a software engineer working on flight simulators. I hate when he has to go up in a helicopter. Once we were passing through a town north of here and he said, "Hey, I flew up here this week on the EC-135." I'm here, "YOU DIDN'T me that!!!" Probably a good thing because I'd be worried spitless.

    My awesome dad: Harry Houdek, September 8, 1933 - November 20, 2013

Words can't convey how much I miss you both. RIP with love.

The Twilight Zone tragedy was horrible! I've seen footage of the crash, and while it takes a lot to leave me speechless, that one had my mouth hanging open for a few seconds.

Vic Morrow is the first to come into my mind as well, very tragic.

This seems to be the first one that comes to mind for a lot of people. I know there is footage but that is one video I won't watch because there were kids involved and that is a no go for me.

I watched a video on set disasters back in 2014 they were filming a Greg Allman biopic movie and the scene called for a hospital bed on a train track, they didn't really have a warning sign for the train coming down on them and a production assistant was struck by the hospital bed which knocked her in front of the train.

I remember this, apparently they didn't have permission to be on the train tracks, their permit had been denied, it was really sad. This gives the full story:

I think it's because it is the most shocking one. I have seen the footage only once, and that was bad enough. A horrific and tragic event.
Today you could be standing next to someone who is trying their best not to fall apart. So whatever you do today, do it with kindness.
