^This is exactly right. I wish people would stop focusing on who is involved about speaking out about this and focus more on the actual situation. Anyone who is over the age of 4 should know by now that Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton ain't about no one but themselves. That doesn't mean the situation itself is irrelevant or blown out of proportion because those two asshats are that the forefront running their mouths.
I get that Martin's parents want attention on this but if (God forbid) anything like this happened to a family member of mine and Sharpton and Jackson came out to "help", I'd tell them thanks but no thanks.

My personal opinion from what I've read: Zimmerman is a nut that murdered a kid who was defending himself from an unreasonable attack.
Then if Obama didn't address the issue, you'd have a whole lot of people bitching that he didn't. Can't win for losing really. I do agree with your personal opinion though. Zimmerman strikes me as someone who is not playing with a full deck. He should not have been on that neighborhood watch. They should have booted him as a kook after lame 911 #30.
