Welcome to all!
Welcome to all!
Hey guys! I've been running around this site for awhile.
My name is Pam. I am 43 years old. My husband and I live in Greenville South Carolina.
In March, my husband was diagnosed with early stage ALS (Lou Gherigs disease). As we were only married last November, this news was especially devestating for us. We spend a lot of our time going up and down the interstate to Carolina's Medical Center in Charlotte for his treatments. I work full time at a hospital answering service where I get to supervise the night crew.
This web site has gotten me through many long and boring shifts! I am so glad that there are other "hags" with the same morbid fascination that I do.
Ok..that's all for now.
Welcome Pam. Good to meet you. Come in and join the fun!
Hi Guys !!
I'm Mark... Or should i say "Gumby"...
Anyway - I live in Melbourne, Australia with my lovely wife and two kids, golfish etc.
I've been hanging around FAD for a few years now - A valuable research tool for the truth behind all the celebrity nitty gritty - Both good and bad !! FAD is also just a damn good read... What more can i say ? I love this site..
I've been a moderator of specialist forum's in the past, but no longer have the time do that(Did i mention i have two YOUNG children ??!!). I'm looking forward to getting involved in the fun on here...
Cheers - G ;-)
Hi guys. It's me, the Graveyard Groupie but I had to reregister with a different username because about a month and a half ago we had a virus in our computer & my hubby had to replace the hard drive for it. When I tried to log in with my other username and password, the site wouldn't recognize it. So for now I'm SamiBamBam.

Hi Rita. Come on in and enjoy yourself!
Hey! I'm a brand spankin' newbie. Never even heard of this site before today. Not even sure how I got here, but boy am I glad I did! This place looks FUN!
Always been interested in death, from hardcore police procedurals to vampire stories to the death rituals of different cultures. I guess it started somewhere in middle school when I wanted to write my very first research paper on the subject, and was told it wasn't an appropriate topic for an 11-year-old. I changed the subject of the paper, but was never discouraged from my fascination with death.
I'm a graphic artist; been doing the same job for 16 years now, and I'm beginning to toy with the idea of a career change. I've been reading a great deal about forensic arts and have contemplated taking classes toward that goal. Seems there's a drastic shortage of forensic artists at all levels of law enforcement, to do everything from suspect sketches to skull reconstructions for facial recognition. Combining death, crime, and art all in one field? Sign me up!
So, other than that...I'm married, almost 40, no kids, three cats. (That's one of my cats in my avatar.) Because of the whole turning-40 thing, I've recently embarked on a health kick that includes weightlifting, running, hiking, and enjoying a much healthier diet. As fascinated with death as I may be, I don't plan on walking that path any time soon!
Thanks for having me!

Hey all, I'm a crime junkie who crime blogs when I get the notion. I am also a death hag and enjoy checking out headstones in older cemeteries. Halloween is my favorite holiday and I decorate to the max.

Oh my god...I cannot believe that I stumbled on such a great forum. Have been "glued" to it for the past few days. So I thought that I'd better join.
Anyways this Gaz from Australia. As far back as I can remember, a good 40 years ago when I was a young kid, I used to watch good old Hollywood classics on a Saturday afternoon with my dear old nan. That started me off on the trail of finding about the actors & actresses.
I can remember in 1979, counting down the hours before, "The Wizard of Oz" was shown on tv that week on a Friday night.
Gee haven't changed since then ???
I look forward to joining in on the thread discussions & hopefully starting a few threads of my own.
If anyone is interested, I might put up a few threads over time of some Aussie actors/actresses that you may have heard about ? Just a thought.
Cheers
Gaz
P.S...I have the barby going in the background...does anybody want a snag ???
Welcome Gaz! Glad you joined. Come in an enjoy.......
Welcome! You'll love it here.
Hi, guys! I didn't realize I was a DH until I stumbled upon the FAD site & forum. I'm a musician, married to a non-DH (his jam is "To Catch A Predator"...heh). I credit my late mother with sparking my interest in celebs/infamy/death: when I was 8, she took me to visit Al Capone's gravestone (it was all smashed in and defaced with expletives - I guess it's been destroyed/replaced several times). Pretty cool mom, right?!! Guess she planted the (bad) seed!
Anyway, that's it - Thanks for having me, it's good to be here!

Helloooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!
Just came in to say a mahoosive hello to everyone, because after working WAY too many hours for the past goodness only knows how long, I am now making time for myself, and AM BACK!!!!!!!!!
Can't wait to get embroiled back in some convo's with all you lovely Hags, and have already done that most important of tasks and re acquainted myself with Momonas Assassinas!!! Nothing quite like a bit of dismemberment and a game of 'spot the peeny' to get you back into the Death Hag habit!!!!!!
