We get down to LA from the Bay Area once or twice a year to visit family. We'd planned to go on a tour when we were down a couple of months ago but my husband's Grandma was having problems, so instead we went to help out and see how she was doing. We'll get a tour in on one of our upcoming trips though.
Grandma Lucy is doing much better and has more help and support now as well.

I have a tattoo convention on the Queen Mary in Long Beach in June. Im going to try to get away to take the tour and then take a Hollywood pubcrawling tour. I can't wait.

I just took it this past June and before that 15 or so years. Always well worth it and great.
Its a blast. I cant believe I get paid to do what I do. I am so lucky.
You are lucky. But then, it takes a certain kind of talent. Not everyone can do what you do.
So has anyone considered this weekend? Scott, are you going to be the one hosting?
We took the "basic tour" this past October, and it was truly memorable, and so much fun!
We're getting an entire group together now to take the Helter Skelter tour next summer...can't WAIT....
October 2008
Took the tour this past May on my Birthday..love to go back again someday!
I'll have to make do with people's experiences, as alas I don't think I'll be going to L.A. in the near future.
But if I ever do....
Wow.....someone who likes death row last word....you are after my heart.......*sigh*.........

Hi MrsJamesDean. I am from Colorado. Out of the 4 of us, I was the only one from out of state. At the time I was living in New Mexico. We went to the Roosevelt. I mean the looks of it does seem haunted. Like I mentioned in the picture of the mirror she owned, notice how the image in the mirror of Marilyn is glowing. Pretty freaky. I heard too the room she lived at is closed up.
Hope you all njoy the pics.
Thanks for sharing the pics!
I am a sick puppy....woof woof!!!
