"Short Term 12" with Brie Larson from "The United States of Tara." It's really good, if you can get past the amateur camera work. It's about a young woman who works in a juvenile residential facility, much like the ones Schmoo has been in. While working with the youth there, she comes to terms with her own abusive childhood. It's on Netflix.

On Netflix watching "Wingsuit Warrior." First time I can remember hoping for someone to die. The moron in this documentary deserves to just be done.

Watching "Rehab Addict" on HGTV. I like those old Victorian houses and 1920s bungalows being brought back to their old glory and character.

Finished Dexter, and caught up on Once Upon a Time. Started watching Doctor Who a couple of weeks ago. I have yet to watch more of Shameless, but I want to. Also watching Big Bang Theory, partway through season 2. My girlfriend loves the show and picked up 7 seasons of it for me for Christmas .

Stranger Things, Season 1, the epi "The Monster." It's a Netflix new original and worth every minute.

I finished watching ' Stranger Things ' last night. Can't wait for season 2, a year from now. The toothless, curly haired boy reminds me of my son. So darn cute!

I'm on Chapter 7. Something this good seldom comes along. I hope they do what they are doing with Longmore, and lengthen the episodes. It's so king in plot and dialogue. Either the Duffy Brothers are paying homage or the Duffy Brothers are Stephen King.

I looked the Duffys up on wiki. It says they are twin brothers who have written two other shows and an epi of some other show. That doesn't mean anything, though.

Anyway, the monster is similar to the flukeworm on the X-Files. And I guess Byers was spitting up it's babies. Next season should be a yucker, in a good way.

IIRC It's going to be an anthology show so it might not continue the storyline of Byers, the Boys and Eleven.

So It might take place in the same town but be about someone else or it might just be a completely different setting all together.

That's what I thought at first, but then it showed the sheriff leaving gifts in the box or Eleven--apparently, and Byers spitting up the worm. So I think it could go either way. The worm may well be an entity separate from the monster. There must be a whole bunch of creepies in the Upside Down.

I thought I saw more than one creepy, there's the one that walks upright like a man and then there's one that's on all fours.

The worm could travel down into the sewer and the entire town could be sitting on top of a breeding ground.

When I first saw the wall covered in that black mass of stuff I thought that it was the monster and It was friends with Eleven, helped her escape and now the MIB want her back.
